Razer Kiyo Pro No Focus Control / Autofocus Not Working

Like many before me, my Kiyo Pro doesn’t focus no matter what I do. I’ve tried enabling/disabling every single feature but no matter what I do, the camera refuses to move the focus. If I move the focus manually, nothing happens.
