> have done the clean install of razer synapse 2 and 3
> clean install of only 3 at the moment
> tried all eight usb ports on my system
> set every setting to default
> if this does not solve them going back to my V2 tried and true

Thanks for all this information. Since you've already clean reinstalled your Synapse, I'd like to take a closer look at it. Please gather its logs with the help of this guide. For now, let's try to further Isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device so I can check for other possible options.
