Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma not working in Windows 10

Hey all,
I'm having an issue that I haven't come across in my searching and I'm hoping someone may have seen it.

I just installed Windows 10 Pro and when I tried to install/setup my Kraken 7.1 Chroma headset, its acting like I'm plugging it in and unplugging it constantly after installing the Synapse 2.0 software. I've checked for updates in the software, re-installed it a few times and tried the Synapse 3.0 software, but nothing seems to work.

I've tried multiple USB ports as well.

The headset worked fine in Windows 7 earlier today. It seems that it was detected as a Kraken 7.1 by the software, but after it said "There's an update" and it was applied, this is the behaviour I now see.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you tried USB 3.0 ports. Also if you have a Razer Blackwidow or other razer keyboard with a USB port these should work.
I've tried both directly into a USB 3.0 port as well as through the keyboard and neither seems to change the behaviour.
I've resolved my issue.
I booted back into my Windows 7 system and connected my headset. It recognized it just fine.
I then proceeded to run the Firmware Update that I found and it updated from 1000 to 1022.
After that I booted back into Windows 10 and my problem was resolved.
The lingering issue I have is that the headset isn't seen by the Synapse 2.0 software, so I will be trying the Synapse 3.0 software shortly to see if it can recognize it.
Excellent, nice to hear you fixed the issue!
