Razer Kraken Kitty USB - Disconnecting all devices!

I bought the Razer Kraken Kitty USB version and every time I try to use it, within minutes my keyboard and mouse stop responding. At first, I thought it was a defective product and exchanged it, but it happened again when I got a new one. I’ve tried plugging it into every USB port and switching everything around. I’m at my wit’s end and I don’t know what to do. The only way to fix it is to unplug every single device (mouse/keyboard/webcam), wait a minute, and then plug them all back in. It’s driving me absolutely crazy and I just wanna have a cute headset.

Things I have tried which did not work:
Restarting my computer.
Uninstalling all Razer software (and using RevoUninstaller + some searching to get as many extraneous files, including the installers, as possible).
Crying.
Plugging my keyboard, mouse, or headset into the back in a variety of combinations.

What should I do? I love this headset and this hasn’t happened with any other headsets (HyperX Cloud Stinger, Razer Kraken Ultralight, this cheap Corsair one). Thank you in advance.

I originally thought the headset was broken and exchanged it for a new one, but it has happened with three different headsets. I can’t return it again because it has been so long since the initial purchase.
