Razer Kraken TE makes a random clicking noise
I just bought my headset around a week ago, and out of the box there is this occasional popping/click noise that is driving me insane. I cant even place a specific time it happens, as it is seemingly pretty random. Anytime an audio is playing it happens. (I did just have it happen immediately after pausing a video, so I don't know if it's just that?) Normally if i have no audio playing it doesn't happen. I've tried messing with so many settings, tried several usb slots, and did a complete reinstall of synapse, and it's still there. Is there anything I should try before I assume I recieved a faulty pair? I've tried doing some searching but I cant find anything about just a single click noise.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried updating its firmware via Razer Synapse 3.0? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps.

Hi! Just tried this and it says that I already have the latest firmware installed.

I see. Does the issue happen while the headset is connected to your computer or device's 3.5mm port? Should the behavior persists, please submit a case or send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
