Razer Kraken TE THX spatial mixer crashes

Hello! I have a problem with THX spatial in synapse, for some reasons it crashes. It usually happens when i quit from some heavy applications like games (Battlefield 5, Civ 6 for example) or even if i quit streamlabs obs. The sound continues to work in THX mode but i am not able to switch anything to stereo and even the physical button stops to switch it, though reacting on switch on/off. I tried everything....I have reinstalled synapse, deleted all drivers and folders (even hidden) from pc and everything connected to razer - this didnt help. I changed the headset to another one in shop, and same problem occured. I decided to reinstal windows, made it fully, like nothing on my pc left. Installed everything needed and game to test (Civ 6) and crash happened again.... I reinstaled windows again and same thing happened again.
The thing with this problem also that it might work well during a week and then crash, or crash every time i launch something... Only reboot helps to solve problem.
Uploading screenshots of problem aswell, maybe someone knows how to solve it?

What i have done aswell: updated everything i could - chipset, motherboard audiodrivers and even BIOS - nothing helped. Crash logs from MSInfo gives the following info:

I dont what i left to do honestly...nothing helped
All drivers are OK in device manager.
I have reinstalled windows 2 times, synapse and the drivers of THX spatial sound too, pls help me.
Also have a video of crash moment itself
Plus i made windows file scan and repair and it said everything was ok....

Reinstalling Windows is a bit extreme, but thanks for trying to troubleshoot. I will try to help sort this out, but I'll need your system, application, and Synapse logs and they have to be in English. Send those over through PM. I'll take it from there.
