i bought RAZER KRAKEN X LITE - ESSENTIAL WIRED GAMING HEADSET however i lost acitvation code for 7.1 surrond, i ask support razer for help, they not helping, its been over 20+ days


this company is legit trash, never buying their product again, bunch of comis 5nzer, ks amhon bn zonot

anyway can someone help me?

i think first you need to register your product within your account. after it registered as your device, then you can go and ask them for the lost code, bcuz many people asking for Surround activation code here. most of them are fake users, they can not provide them all free codes. do you know what i mean?

oh i see, i did register my product my friend the first daythey asked, its been over 20+ days and they havent provided me my actication code, its so frustationg
