razer lancehead (TE) problems because of win 10 firewall

3 days ago my brand new razer lancehead (TE) starts to go crazy. it moves, but the clicking buttons didnt work, pages on chrome are closing only by clicking on the top bar itself, and the only thing that fixes that is to close all the win 10 firewall. how can i fix this? update: the problems came back even though i shut down the win 10 firewall. i'm all out of ideas :slightly_sad: help! please

    Can you put up a video of this happening so we can get a better understanding of your situation? Also, please change your nickname to something else as the current one appears to be a serial number.

    what you see in the viedo: the scrolling wheel is stuck, im trying to pull the side bar with the mice but it doesn't work, then i can't click on anything. then i can move again but when i click on the chrome bar its closes (not on the X). when i open the pc window i cant close it, until i press ctrl+alt+del, then its ok for a while :\\

    Thanks for the clip. Does this happen even without Synapse running in the background? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Lancehead TE. I'll take it from there.

    yes, it happen even without Synapse running in the background. Does the device is malfunction, or is it an update problem?
