Hello, I have the Mamba 16000 dpi chroma wireless. Serial number: PM1742136703676, produce number:

RZ01-01360100-R3G1.

Every time I lift the mouse up and then back on the mat, it stops tracking for some seconds. If I slide my finger over the sensor, it seems to track, but if I use another surface (like a cleaning cloth) it doesn’t track as well.
I have the razer mantiror mat.
So far I tried:
 - Uninstalling and reinstalling synapse (2.0 for legacy devices) with 3.0 installed and uninstalled.
 - Running the calibration and setting the distance to maximum.
 - Carefully cleaning the sensor.
 - Trying to update the firmware, but here I encounter a problem…

When I try to manually update the firmware, it asks me to plug the USB dongle to the PC. I do it, windows recognize it, I can move the mouse normally, but the app doesn’t recognize it and does nothing. Maybe it’s the wrong model? Is it the correct way to update the firmware?

Thanks,

M.
