Hi! so i own a razer mamba elite mouse that i had bought about 2-3 years ago and i have had an amazing time with it! it is truly a great mouse. BUT.... it has started randomly freezing/disconnecting without me having done anything differently or downloaded anything. The only thing that i have done is gotten a new razer huntsman mini keyboard. And yes i have done my research on this problem, i have tried everything from the power options to disable the usb power thing to even uninstalling razer synapse completely to no avail! I have even tried connecting it to my brand new msi laptop and have found the exact same problem.... Please help.

Update: so i had my mouse tested by one of my family members on their macbook laptop for multiple hours, and it works perfectly fine for them. I guess ill have to do more testing.

Update: I have tried using it without my mousepad but it still does the same thing and makes the disconnecting sound so that confirms that it is disconnecting somehow.

Update: i have found that it is probably a the driver for this mouse failing because i ventured over to the windows "Bluetooth & other devices" settings and it says on my razer mamba elite tab that there is a driver error

Update: I solved it! It fianlly works! So aparently the profile that i had saved on my mouse when i uninstalled the synapse was corrupted so i now use the default profile and it works perfectly!!!!

Update: It seems to continue happening but much less frequently now... Please help i half fixed it and dont know what to do anymore!
Final Update: I have narrowed it down to being caused by its mouse feet being worn out, its cable sometimes triggers it and my mouse pad needing to be cleaned

But! I cant find replacement mouse feet for it ANYWHERE and I literally couldn't care less about fixing the cable
(Note: something weird about it is that it seemed to have been working PERFECTLY fine for about 3 weeks starting from the day that I moved houses and after it resumed like usual.)
