Razer mamba stops working!!!

So basicly i recently bought my razer mamba elite for my bday, when i tried using it for around 1-4 min it freezes and stops working and the rgb is still there.I kept disconecting and reconecting the usb ports,note i also had a cynosa chroma keyboard its simmalar for the situation as the mouse though it disconnects for 3 seconds at the time and reconects which bothered me, then i switched to a diffrent keyboard.Please help me with the mouse.

    Hi there! Does the same issue happen when plugged into a different port or PC? Also, when did this start to happen? Please try to reinstall Synapse and let me know how it goes.

    I also did that multiple times for some reason i think it starts happening when i like lift up the mouse a bit.

    Thanks for the reply. Try resetting the surface calibration in Synapse 3. Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for the reply. The calibration can be done through Synapse. You can refer to the master guide here.
