tryed the restart, tryed reinstalling drivers, tryed everything, no mamba in synapse , what should i try ?

Did u tried another pc?
i will try another mouse producer, razer is only a big hype no real support alive

I have the same issue... I tired that and it didnt work my mouse may be corrupted 😕
