Razer Nabu Watch Pairing issue

Hello, I have a Razer Nabu Watch. I'm not able to connect it to the app for some time now. I get the pairing code but it says syncing has failed. Have you tried pairing your Nabu Watch to another smartphone and check if the behavior persists? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and take a closer look. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
