Hello,



I have a Razer Nabu Watch. I'm not able to connect it to the app for some time now. I get the pairing code but it says syncing has failed.



I tried in both the Nabu watch app and Nabu app but it's not syncing.

Please find attached screenshot of the error message and provide a solution.
Have you tried pairing your Nabu Watch to another smartphone and check if the behavior persists? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can verify its model and take a closer look. Let's continue from there.
