Razer Naga Power Save Mode Scrolling Issue | Razer Insider

As the title suggests, I've only recently come across a problem with my Razer Naga Pro. While I've tried looking up others with this problem I can't seem to find anything on it. The main problem I've been running into is odd.

I noticed yesterday that when I attempted to click the scroll wheel to the right nothing would happen. The left would still go up but the right no longer functioned with the scrolling aspect. That was fine since it was rarely used anyway. Along with that, however, if I leave the mouse alone for too long it would go into powersave mode and turn the lights off. It has been doing it for months since I bought it but instead of going into powersave mode and turning the lights off, it begins to scroll down. It continues to scroll down until it is shut off for a time and then if it's left alone for a while again it begins again.

I've uninstalled synapse thinking it was the problem but upon uninstalling it and restarting, it made the problem much worse. It would never stop scrolling at that point so I ended up reinstalling it. Now it only happens when it's left alone for a period of time but now the mouse never turns off. There isn't a way to turn off power save mode so it continues to happen when I leave it alone for too long.

I'm at an end and anytime I've tried support it tells me they can't help, they say it's stolen, can't make a ticket. I've got receipts for it and it's not even a full year out of box. I've tried wired and wireless.
