Keys 10, 11, and 12 are not working anymore in the 12-button side panel. I already cleaned it with alcohol and tested the other panels, but there is no solution at the moment. Do you have any recommendations to solve or track where the issue can be?
Does anyone know if therer is a 12 side panel selling individually?
