I recently purchased a Naga Pro and overall I’m very happy with it. The problem I’m having however, is a deal breaker. I use the 12 button side panel for MMOs and I assigned buttons 1 and 3 to shift and ctrl respectively, to act as modifiers and give me access to different hotbars. I’m running into the problem in game where I will press either button to modify my key presses, and after releasing the button my computer still thinks I’m holding them. This is quickly rectified by pressing the button again, but that often comes with the consequence of pressing something I’m not intending to before realizing the error. I should state that, less often, the mouse will not register the initial press as well.
I made the jump from a g600 to razer and this problem never existed on that mouse, so I’m resistant to the idea that it’s my computer causing the issue. I’d love to stick with this mouse but the problem has to be fixed for me to stay. Any help is appreciated.
