Razer Naga Pro stops working randomly

Hello,
I don't know what's going on, I own multiple mice from Razer and they all work except the Naga Pro that I was really happy to buy.
Now it's truly a nightmare to use it, when playing it stops responding, no movement, no buttons working nothing. Then after 2-3 seconds it works again.
I reinstalled the Synapse like the support told me to deleting the registry etc.

My DeathAdder v2 Pro and Viper Ultimate works with no issue. Naga Pro is truly a nightmare.

Oh my! Sorry to hear about your Razer Naga Pro's concern. Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Are you connecting the mouse directly to our computer's USB port? Have you replicated the issue by plugging the peripheral into another PC? Try resetting the mouse via the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings. Also, try updating the device's firmware from this link.
