Razer Naga Pro, wireless is disconnecting | Razer Insider

Anyone has any idea why my Razer Naga Pro is constantly connecting and disconnecting in wireless mode? It started about two months since I've purchased it. You can check attached video on how this looks like. I did factory reset on profiles, updated firmware and synapse to latest. On cord, everything works fine. I've also tested it on another PC and the same wireless issue is present.

Did you try running the Razer Mouse Pairing Utility from this link? Are you also experiencing a WiFi interruption while using the Razer Naga Pro? The wireless mouse uses channels to transmit data and could interfere with your 2.4 GHz wireless connection. Try changing your WiFi connection's channel, use 5 GHz or connect your computer via Ethernet cable to your model to isolate the issue.

Hi there, I've tried pairing utility and my PC is on Ethernet, but I do have both 5 and 2.4ghz Wi-Fi up that I've disabled temporarily, as well as my Wi-Fi keyboard, but the issue is still there. I don't think it's related to Wi-Fi only because Bluetooth connection is also exhibiting identical issue.

Hey, my temporary solution, until Razer support answers my ticket, is to have it connected via USB. Works fine that way, so I can at least use it since I don't have a replacement mouse.

Thanks for sharing it with Godded01. Can you send me the case number via PM so I can check your contact history/updates?

Hi Godded01! Did you also try the pairing utility link that I've posted above? Ensure that your Razer Naga Pro's firmware is up to date by downloading it from the support page. Otherwise, you can submit a case to our support team via this link.

I returned my to the store and got it RMA-d. Got a new unit. It did stutter a couple of times, but connection seems normal for now.

ok thanks, I juste realize I was still on warranty, ill try to do the same but I was wondering if juste changing the 2.4 dongle would help

Edit: I contacted Razer, it seems to be a problem with the dongle, they will replace the unit!
