Razer Naga Trinity Mouse not detecting!

Razer Naga Trinity is not detecting in my PC. I try troubleshooting the issue and follow the instructions on the razer website. I tried other razer products and everything else is being detected by Synapse 3. I test the mouse on a different PC and the synapse is able to detect the mouse.

Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port and check if it yields the same issue? For now, try isolating the behavior by doing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse. If that won't work, please send me the serial number of your Naga Trinity via PM. I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look.
