There is no damage to the scroll wheel. Received product through Amazon on 29 Nov 2021. Did not connect it till 04 Dec 2021
I have tried:
- Removing, reinstalling, repairing and updating the Razer synapse
- Removing, reinstalling mouse drivers
- Using alternative USB ports
- Changing windows scroll line settings
Using the mouse on a different PC does not fix the issue. Behavior is the same.
