Hi, I got my mice 2 weeks ago and when I try to connect my new Razer naga v2 Pro mice to my Mac, The mice doesn’t connect to it via bluetooth (as you can see the image below, I pressed the connect on my mac but it didn’t turned into connected, 50 secs it keeps the connect button disabled and then reenabled without any connection) and also 2.4 hyperspeed connection doesn’t work with dongle. I can’t believe that I’ve paid £179 for it and still having issues, what a poor hardware and software!!,  I’m also suffering jumping scroll issue (in Linux and Mac(with usb cable)) too, I am really really disappointed of having these issues. if my problems are not going to be fixed soon I am gonna return it. pls help me ?

Does the pairing issue happen while using the mouse on another PC with MacOS or Windows OS (preferably with an installed Synapse 3.0)? Does the scrolling issue persist while using the Naga V2 Pro on a wired connection? The Razer Naga V2 Pro is a plug-and-play device. However, you will need to install Razer Synapse 3 to access advanced features such as macros and profile settings. Furthermore, the Razer Synapse 3 is only compatible with Windows 10 64-bit or Windows 11.

For the scrolling concern, please follow this article. The device is expected to work on devices with USB Type A or Bluetooth connectivity. Otherwise, I suggest submitting a case here or sending me a PM so I can create a ticket on your behalf.
