My mouse’s optical sensor is off, and I can no longer use my mouse either by bluetooth or the usb dongle. I tried it in other computers and it’s still not working. The lights are on but it doesn’t go into pairing mode when it’s in bluetooth mode. 

I tried updating it but when I try to connect it with the USB-C cable to finish up, the computer doesn’t recognize it.
