My razer naga x stops working after a few secs of plugging it in, tried on a different pc still having the same issue, Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for trying your mouse on a different PC. I'm leaning on this being a hardware issue. Please PM me your device's serial number and purchase receipt so that I can validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Let's pick up from there.
