Razer Nage Elite Chroma only move vertically

Hi,
Recently my naga stopped working, it happened suddenly while playing (SLay the Spire, if that matter).
The cursor was suddently blocked, and only moved vertically. I already had a few problems sometime with mouse not responding correctly, but it wasn't often, and I just had to unplug and plug it againt for it to work.

This time, when I plugged it back, it worked for a few seconds, and then only vertically again.
I've tried uninstalling drivers, Synape, cleaning everything, and pugging it back after reinstalling everything, it worked for like 1/2h, and stopped, no matter what I do (can be playing any game, or just browsing web, or even doing nothing and staying on desktop, nothing in particular that triggers this bug)

I contacted support, they gave me 2 things to try :
Unplug, and plug while holding left, right and middle click. I heard the windows pairing noise, mouse light didn't turned on, and mouse was totally unresponsive. I unpluged and repluged, it worked for 10 mins before stopping again.

Support also gave me softs to update firmware for my mouse and base, I used it, it updated, and same, worked for a few minutes before having the same problem again.

I've an orochi plugged at the same time to allows me to use my computer, and nothing wrong with it.
I've also tried using my naga with Synapse closed or even uninstalled, but problem come back after a while everytime.

If anyone could help, that would be great, thanks.

Hello! Just to make sure, are you talking about the Naga Epic Chroma? Does the same issue happen when used in wired mode? Also, have you tried to use it on another PC to see if the same issue persists?

Hi, yes it's the naga epic chroma, and I almost exclusively use it wired, I've tried wireless, but it doesn't change anything, same problem.

I don't have another PC to try it on yet, but if I can test that, I'll tell the result.

Thanks for the reply. If the issue still persists on another PC, do send over the serial number of your Naga Epic Chroma through a PM. Include the link to this thread as well.
