Razer Nari keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again

Well yeah, the title is whats my main problem. Once the Razer Nari's batterys are low and I want to charge it via the usb it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting (via windows sound) over and over again. 60-100 times per minute and wont stop. It just wont stop. Also the sounds goes silent and the headset shuts off completey after a while. Theres no work around I found which helped me at all. No way to stop this and im so utterly pissed of to waste so much money for this expensive headset but sadly im over the date to return it for full price. I demand a solution for this. Now - Or ill never buy any razer crap again because this is just a bad joke. Edit: On a sidenote it was just disconnecting and slowly charging to begin with but got a lot worse the longer I used the Razer Nari. Now it just shuts down more often and after a few minutes of using it while charging.
