Hello everyone just wanted to try my Microphone out on skype but my friend couldn't hear me so basically, I checked all through the settings and on sound - recording devices - there was no output audio for the microphone it was there (the device) just no active sound was coming out of it.
Talked to Razer Prepherables and they were no help.
All in all it came down to Razer it self and it software (beta) need to fix it.
Also note if anyone else is having problems post here.

mic works in my iphone, and if in synapse you put sidetone to hear the mic you can hear it, so is not the mic broke is there damm software that write on your device a profile that can not be deleted, they should have been put a option to restore to factory settings but they didn't, i was using them perfect without synapse cos i know they suck at making this softwares, they always keep them in beta they are just terrible, but this device you can't use it at his fullness if you don't install that damm program, wanted to change the light on the leds, got an update, boooom mic death...

Oh Great, I just sent it back for a refund I am going to wait for other people to say that it is going to work before I buy another one.
Hello, I have the same problem. the headset is recognized correctly the settings are synonymous all mic is turned on I can hear myself but I have no output ...

Mike is just DEAD! Not seeing any support on this thread. Getting ready to slam this product if not fixed. No mic at all in discord. Way too expensive a headset to have this much trouble.
