razer nari ultimate, bad audio quality with the surround activated

hello, so there is the problem, when i launch a game, with the thx spatial audio activated and with some music, or not, the audio sizzle and crackling, i try to re-install synapse 3, but that didn't work and i don't know what to do (sorry if the english is not good)

Is it a constant cracking noise or does it cut in and out? In any case, please send me a PM so I can help you troubleshoot.
