Razer Nari Ultimate disconnecting and reconnecting | Razer Insider

Hi, my nari ultimate is connecting and disconnecting when it's in charging from the windows, causing a really disturbing noise and after 3-4 time of the windows disconnect sound the nari will shut down.

Before the last update (3.4.115.10915) I already had this problem but only when the Nari was under charging and with Hypersense activated, now it's even if the hypersense is turned off, basically when the headphones is turned on and connected for charging I got this problem...

Now I can't use the Nari while is charging... please there is a solution to this problem? That's really pissing off for a 200€ headphones..
Ive been having this problem since day one...it is really annoying. cant tell if its software related or a dodgy usb input
I think it's the software, after the last update I'm getting alot more problems... I don't think is the cable or the usb since I have tried changing the cable, changing the url port and even the pc.. it's still the same problem
This has happened to me since day one when I got it in the middle of December. I have tried different cables and same problem, but that doesn't rule out that it could be the USB input on the headset being dodgy....and the problem happens for me even more when I move my head with the cable plugged in, so when the cable moves it makes the windows disconnection noise, and it also makes me think that it is the USB input even more due to the fact that you are the only other person I have seen raise this issue, so we might be unlucky by getting a faulty batch.

Hi, I also got a pair for Christmas in late December, I had the issue and RMA'D after razer support deemed I had faulty headphones. I just received the new pair, and still the same issue. Somethings either conflicting or it was never manufactured properly and there is no fix for this other than taping the wire in.

On another note, someone said somewhere that the razer nari ultimate require more power than usb hubs like to give and automatically shut it down so disable that in the usb hub in a drop down box. I haven't figured out how to do this but i'm on my way to try it.
