Razer nari ultimate headset has random beeping

So i just got the razer nari ultimate (pewdiepie edition) and everything works great, but just after a little while of using it the headset would have random beeping for a short time. I would check its battery and everything and almost everytime it beeped i was at a full charge. When it does beep it would disconnect the audio for about a second then it would come back on. One time it beeped constantly until my headset just turned off. The beeping wasnt consistent either, sometimes it was two beeps, sometimes three, sometimes four. I dont know if this could help, but it didnt start beeping until after i tried to charge it for the first time. If anyone can provide a solution it will be greatly appreciated.

I too am having the same issue. Has anyone else found a fix?
Hey guys,

did anyone actually ever found out why it is randomly beeping ?
I had the same issue, day one of getting the headset I charged it, then it would just keep beeping at me, and it wasn't using a charge.

Currently waiting for a replacement but it's been nearly a month

Im glad that my solution was helpfull for u)
Mine worked fine for 7 months and started disconnecting a couple of days ago, and my USB dongle is in the front 2.0 port of the PC where nothing else is close to it, so no, your solution is not actual solution for the problem. 7 months of working fine and now disconnecting problems all of a sudden? When literally nothing's changed hardware and software wise? Yeah, not looking good.

I tried different ports for the heck of it, didn't help. Tried Razer utilities for firmware, pairing and recovery, none of it helped. Tried uninstalling Synapse, didn't help. Tried reinstalling Synapse, didn't help. I am at my wits' end.

Yeah I was planning on doing that too. I'm still currently draining the battery, actually pretty close to making it (it's harder to drain them because they disconnect).

Funny thing though, I've managed to make them run now for almost an hour, for the sake of draining them. Since they're so finicky about disconnecting/reconnecting, it really looks like it could be a hardware fault. I don't see how software/drivers/OS could affect their disconnection to be so random at times, and so on point at times. Could be a dying receiver/bungle.

The horrible thing about this is making reliable tests. It's a huge PITA.
