Razer Nari Ultimate Issue

Hi,
I received today my headset, and i notice for example PUBG/Discord, people hear on discord when i shot in the game or if i listen music, etc.(if i lower the volume of music then they stop listen to what i listen). Sorting like the mic is very sensitive. I tried anything and not worked. I tried to support chat, and i received the worst support i ever get from a hardware company.(he's name is "chino").
So basically microphone is picking up output audio that my headset is receiving.
Any help i would appreciate.( i tried all the windows tricks, there is no "listen to this device enabled").

Thank you!

Exactly the same problem....The only fix I have found for this so far is have the volume wheel all the way up, but turn the volume down in windows settings to about 65 - 70, then adjust the mic sensitivity in synapse until it stops echoing through. having haptic feedback enabled makes it so much worse, so I just turn that off when I am in discord. sorry I cant give you a definite fix, its just what works for me

Yeah, i understand your point, but i want the volume higher... i didn't pay for a headset to have the volume limited ... isn't? 🙂

Yeah, I totally agree with what your saying. why should be have to pay £200 for a headset that we have to do work rounds with. it should just work out the box....if you ask me, releasing a flag ship headset on beta software is a disgusting and stupid move. luckily for me, 65 - 70 is my preferred volume levels. anything higher is too loud

dont get me wrong, I love the Nari headset, but I cant recommend it to anyone at this moment in time

I've had that problem too with my game sound being sent through the mic.
