i have problem with the sound ! in my windows audio i have only to option to chose from : 1 - razer nari ultimate chat 2 - razer nari ultimate game First one the sound is not working proper and is working only on 1 channel so the sound is the same in both of them, no suround no even left or right sound On the second one (razer nari ultimate game) i have the option for 2 channel but the sound with them is very low even when my head set and windows is on max i can't hear a thing the only time when the hed set is working is tru the 3 mm jack but when i connected the synapse don't recognize it" and i can uze the function of the head set

    did you move the left and right slider of the headset? maybe you unintentionally slided them down
    Where's the respawn?
