Hello i own a headset of Nari ultimate that should be still in waranty from 18.03.2022
The problem i have is that no matter at what PC/Laptop i try neither of then can detect the USB dongle from the headset and this is what i try until now if sombady can give me a idee of what should i do please let me a messege:
- try different usb port (i was thinking that the usb port got broken)
- use both razer pairing app and dongle recovery app ( but becouse the Pc dosen’t detect the dongle it din’t work)
- reinstall the windows whith doing a full formatation on my M.2 hard
- and try using on a different system.
The store from where did i buy the headset is Argos.uk and they told me if i want to sent the headset in waranty i need to contact razer.
