No replacement part available and obviously no support to be found on the “support forum”. Never again Razer, never again.
Same senario, all same troubleshooting steps. Pairs for a moment, and its like my PC lost all recollection of the device entirely

I had similar problem with my Nari Ultimate, not a complete blackout, the headset was working for a year and a half, then a few months ago it started - working for the first 5 mins after power on, and then intermittent disconnects, cracking sounds and finally disconnects. I figured out that it’s not a software problem because of it was doing the same when connected to PS5.
A couple of months ago I saw “Nari Ultimate dongle” on Aliexpress, bought it out of despeeration (Nari Ultimate is the only headset I can use, somehow either Blackshark or Kraken ear cups are too small for me - have both of them somewhere in the loft...), connected the new dongle using something like “Nari Dongle Connection Utility” from Razer Support, and don’t have any problems for a month, everything working without any problems.
