Purchased this unit for use with my Windows 10 PC in May of 2022. Working great until a week ago. No response from the USB dongle so I am forced to use the headset as wired which is not ideal. Steps I have taken to correct the issue:
-Uninstalled / Reinstalled razer synapse software
-Nari firmware updater
-Razer Nari Pairing utility
-Nari Dongle Recovery tool
All unsuccessful. Dongle is not responsive to the paring utility and is not detected by the recovery tool
