Hey Guys,
just bought some new Razer Nommo Chroma and they randomly turning off. Every time this happens i have to turn them on manually by pressing the Volume button. I tried a different power outlet and usb-port but this still happens. Anyone got an idea ?

Do you notice any cable fraying or physical damage? For now, please reseat the connectors and plug the power adapter into another wall outlet for testing purposes. PM me the serial number of your Nommo Chroma if the problem persists.
Really interesting, been reading 1star reviews on amazon, with the exact same problem: speakers die within on month. I'm really curious what's the solution with that case? Are you on a Windows platform? If so, please go to Power Options>Edit Plan Settings>Change advanced power settings then disable USB selective suspend setting. Please PM me if the problem persists.
