I was listening to music on the PC then suddenly the audio disappears, Windows continues to detect the Razer Nommo Pro, the LEDs are on, the system is receiving power correctly.
I tried unplugging the power for 15 minutes, I held down the power button on the subwoofer for 1 minute with the power plug unplugged, but nothing works, I can't figure out if something might have broken, there's no smell burnt.
I tried connecting the USB to 2 PCs, the optical cable to the TV and the Bluetooth to the smartphone but it doesn't work.
