Razer Ornata Chroma-My Keys Aren't Working Please Help

I just got this Razer Ornata Chroma from a friend he said that it had stopped working so I took it back to my house and checked it out, he told me that the keys were unresponsive, so I cleaned it out opened it up and saw 3 little pieces fall out it looked like they were apart of the framing inside but it didn't look like any damage to the PBC had occurred so I checked everything and everything was working even the PBC that I checked with tweezers and worked and so did the LED's. It typed fine so I think its something to do with the rubber membrane but I don't know what to do if so. I looked online for rubber membrane for the Razer Ornata Chroma but their were no results please help.
