Hey there,
Alittle while ago when i woke up in then morning multiple of my keys just didn't work although they did the night before
Some keys include
] - + enter backspace right shift right ctrl uparrow down arrow
I've tried multiple things to try get it working again but nothing has worked

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V2 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers
