Hello i just bought the Razer Ornata V3 X and it’s not recognized by my razer synapse, i uninstalled synapse and installed it again with the same results.
Any solutions?
Same here. I’ve tried installing/reinstalling etc. the keyboard is recognised in Win 11 device manager, but the only thing that will recognise the lighting functions are the chroma visualizer and the beta version of openRGB
Same here! Razer Ornata V3 X is not recognized anymore with latest Synapse 3 (3.8.1231.120811) :-(
Same, i try literally evertying even uninstall and install the usb drivers from my pc
Latest Synapse has caused a lot more chaos that it should have as many devices are not detecting in synapse...my Naga Pro, TarTarUs Pro and Leviathion do not now work since last update, guess what, they seem to not care due to support isn’t resonding to tickets or on vacation.
I have just seen that, strangely enough, my Ornata V3 X is now recognized as a mouse in the Device Manager (the same one I have connected). I now have 2x Razer Mamba Elite, once for keyboard and once for mice. Synapse seems to be confused by this and thinks I only have one Razer Mamba Elite connected.
The latest update just now (you have to check for updates manually) fixes the problem and the keyboard is found again! Thank you Razer
