Hi, so ive just checked and this seems to be a common issue on the Razer phone, theres many other threads with this similar issue, the touchscreen is not registering touch about 2.5-4.5cm from the top from left to right. a rectangle area.
this seems to be a common issue?

i have sent a video, and images via email regarding this issue,

i have been waiting a week for a response, and was told on the chat that the EU Warranty center are reviewing the case? but have just found on this forum that this is a common issue that is occurring, i have been unable to use my phone properly for 2 weeks, what is there to review i have provided all the information, proof of purchase and a video and images.
i hope that i will be contacted right away, and that this faulty phone will be replaced with a working phone.
i expected the customer service from Razer to be amazing?
