Razer Raion - Touch pad not working on PC

Hello!

The touch pad of of my raion is not working on PC mode (the button is not even detected at gamepad testers or anything at all).
I have tried to get it working on PS4 mode with steam big picture but it recognizes the button as the "Start" button.

Any solutions so far?

Hey there! Thanks for posting this on our Support thread. That's odd. When did the issue start? What's your current Windows version? Are you using a USB hub? Please test the controller on a different port in your PC and see if it helps.

From the very start.
Happens on 2 different PCs (windows 7 and windows 10 last update).
Tried different USBs, same results.


Works perfectly fine on a PS4 Console, the problem is in PC.
