Hello - I recently received my Razer Raptor 27" monitor. One of the main reasons I purchased this monitor over other gaming monitors was that it had PBP (picture by picture) functionality. I need this feature for for working with my laptop as well my desktop PC. So I set each computer's resolution to 1280x1440 so that I could have half the screen with my laptop and PC displays shown side by side. However, when I enable PBP with this, I have each half of the screen compressed. See attached screenshot of what is happening. The image on each half of the monitor should should fill each half of the display. Can this be resolved? If not I will have to unfortunately return it.

Have you messed around with other resolutions? The math seems right, but the device might have in-built scalers for when it is in the PiP/PBP modes, and might want a different resolution than what you're giving it from each machine. What's weird is that each image looks to be exactly ¼ of the size of the space it should take up.
I took a look in the Master Guide for the Raptor and didn't see anything specific about PBP mode and best resolution for it.
I'm sure Support can help you sort this out.

Ugh... I really dread calling support. Last time I tried I was on hold for over an hour and just gave up. That's why I thought posting here might be the best bet?

Do you still have issues responding to this thread? Anyways, shoot me a PM with the serial number of your monitor. I'll take it from there.
So I still haven't gotten any answer to my issue. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to have to return the monitor.

Sorry I wasn't able to help you correct the scaling issue. Ping me in the PMs should you want to push through with the return so I can put in a request on your behalf.
