So exactly a week ago, I received a refurbished razer blade from the razer. Was stuck on setup and asked support and supposedly busted hardware. I asked for a refund and was told I'll receive an email about return and shipping in the next 48 hours. I waited about 5 days before asking support again, this time I was promised to receive it within 2-3 hours and that the support will personally make sure I get the email... Two days later and I still haven't received the email. How should I proceed from here? I don't want to pay a grand and a half for a laptop that I can't even use... Please help.
