This morning I woke up to no internet and my Sila with a constant red light. Initially, I've had this happen when my ISP is out or being updated. I contacted my ISP and they did some maintenance overnight but said service was restored. So, I plugged my PC directly to my cable modem and internet was working.
I hooked the Sila back up to the cable modem and pressed the reset button. Normally, it will turn blue and perform a reset and then I can set it back up how I want it. It is not doing that this time. It constantly stays red. I've had this about a year and a half and have never seen it act this way.
Is there a way I can restore the firmware manually through USB instead of using the reset? I can unplug it and plug back in and it stays red. I changed out the cable between the modem and router and it still stays red. I have run out of options and I'm at a loss. I can't find any further support information other than posting here. Please help. Thank you.

welcome to a razer product... stupidly enough i just bought 2 SIlas to replace an apple airport network i was running off. I didnt think to read the support threads. Looks like returning it immediately on receiving it.
