Razer Stealth Bad Repair Job

Hello, I bought a Razer in late 2017 in 2018 mid-year. After almost a year of usage, the screen got damaged internally, probably factory problems, which Razer repaired for no cost. When I sent the laptop to be repaired it was in early December 2019 and got it back in early 2020, well not me, my girl's mother stored it for me in the plan of returning it when she visited me in mid-2020. Everything seemed fine until Covid struck and had to keep my laptop away for a whole year without being able to test it to see if the repair was good. Now that I got it in late December 2020, after a whole year of waiting I am encountering problems with my screen glue and some software as well.

My screen tends to detach from the frame constantly, and when using a Core X Chroma it tends to just fail, disconnect and freeze too. I tried basically everything, and I can deal with the Core issue since it just might be compatibility issues from old to new software stuff. But what I can not deal with is the screen detaching from the laptop frame every time I open it, showing me Razer repair people did a really poor job at placing the screen back from its initial damage back in late 2019.

I would have come here earlier if it wasn't for covid delaying me from getting back my laptop for a whole year, but now here I am, as well unable to contact them directly since it is "out of warranty".

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Sorry to hear about your laptop's condition after undergoing a repair. Have you contacted our Support Team by submitting a case? Please send me a PM together with your last case number or email address so I can review its history and forward it to the team. Let's continue from there.
are you comfortable opening up the laptop?

No, unfortunately, I do not have the required skills to open a laptop and so on. Thanks though, love your sona too!

thanks, its an avali, yours is cool too. Also you're probably best taking it to a repair place near you and contacting them about fixing the screen issue. This could also be fixed by someone who is comfortable opening up computers but I believe the screen assembly can be hard taking apart, so adhesive should be the easiest way of keeping it from peeling without opening up everything.
I tried taking it somewhere before but no success in taking the screen apart, so instead they tried to heat it up as much as they could so it would "activate" which actually worked for a while until recently, the issue is not as bad as it was before I took it there, but occasionally it is coming out.

I tried contacting them directly but because it is old apparently they won't chat with me directly, unless it is through here, which is why I started the thread.

Lastly, I sort of knew it was an Avali, because I have seen it and used it in VrChat with my VR, which honestly is great since people don't know if I am pointing or flipping them off with the three fingers lol. Mine is one of my three mains, though this one, in particular, is outdated design, thanks though!
