So suddenly i'm having noise when razer surround is activated, after years using it. Any advice?

Are you currently running Windows 10 patch 2004? If so, then I can only suggest rolling back to the previous version. Otherwise, send me a PM describing your experience and what headphones you're using.

I have windows 10 patch 2004, yes, but on updates options i've got the message "you cannot recover windows to previous update because it's been more than 10 days since you updated it" how can I do that now?

You will want to download the Windows 10 media creation tool. There should be an option to upgrade the PC when you run the tool. You should also try the Surround Sound fix shared on this thread.
