Razer Surround sound activation code missing

I recently bought Razer Kraken Pro V2, and just found out about the Surround sound software. I tried to use it but found out that I had no activation code. There was no code in the box. I also registered the product but did not receive any email regarding the code. I also emailed the support but to no avail.
