razer synapse 2.0 issues

I have had my mouse for quite sometime and i have multiple profiles for my botton macros for different games today i went to switch to one of the profiles i use and i cant even get to that part and its kinda frustraiting this is all i see i can no longer see the functions or synapse at all this is a screenshot i have included of what i see when i log in to razer synapse 2.0







how do i get to where synapse functions it has been working for the last 4 to 5 year with no issues till now

Did you make any changes to your system or Synapse before the issue? Have you tried reinstalling your Synapse? If you haven't, please click this link and follow the steps provided. If the issue persists, do send me a PM.
