Razer Synapse 2.0 not working Blade Stealth 2019

Just bought a blade stealth 2019 and for the life of me I cannot get synapse 2.0 to work on it, it updates and connects etc but clicking the icon does nothing. So to speak it is running but not opening. Synapse 3 works fine but every time I log out the keyboard goes back to cycling through the colours which is a royal pain. Does anyone have any solution? Thanks

Make sure you have the latest Microsoft Visual C++. You can check/download latest updates here. You can also try the repair function via Programs and Features.

Tried both and neither work I'm afraid... no clue what to do

For now, try to add the app to your Firewall's and your AV's whitelist then PM me the Synapse 2.0 logs. Collect the logs from: %temp%\\ SynapseUninstall.log file %temp%\\RzUpdater folder %temp%\\MSIxxx.LOG
