Razer Synapse 2/3 giving me an aneurysm
No matter what I try, my new kraken TE is not being detected by either Synapse! Please help!

I have also read that you have to install surround sound for it to be detected but it wont let me do that without configuring on synapse first.

Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate the model and point you in the right direction. If you have the Kraken TE with the USB audio controller, you won't need the standalone 7.1 surround sound app. You have to use Synapse 3 for the 7.1 surround sound feature.
